You will oversee case progression, deadlines, staffing, KPIs and attorney support while driving efficiency across operations. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, onboarding and process improvement with focus on timely pleadings, discovery and filings, and exceptional

Qualifications

• 10+ years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience, including supervisory/management.
• Strong knowledge of plaintiff PI litigation: pleadings, discovery, service, deadlines.
• Multi-state plaintiff PI experience preferred.
• Excellent organization, follow-through and ability to manage high-volume litigation operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop paralegals and staff; hire and balance workloads.
• Oversee case progression, deadlines, staffing and compliance; drive efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs, dashboards and Litify data; audit files and workflows.
• Provide attorney support for discovery, depositions, mediations and trials.
• Ensure client touchpoints are completed and documented; manage client service lines.
• Oversee settlements, closings and financial operations; review timecards and invoices.
• Drive process improvement and leverage technology to improve efficiency and accuracy.
