Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney at Law, seeks an experienced Manager of PI Litigation Paralegals to lead the day-to-day performance of our litigation paralegal and support teams. You will drive case progression, deadlines, staffing and client service, while ensuring compliance across matters.

This role focuses on KPI management, workflow optimization and effective collaboration with attorneys. You will mentor senior staff, oversee eCourts, ensure accurate Litify data, and support settlements and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of plaintiff PI litigation, including pleadings, discovery, service, deadlines.
• Experience with multiple states’ PI practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor paralegals and support staff; manage staffing and performance.
• Oversee case progression, deadlines, and workflow to minimize overdue work.
• Monitor KPIs and Litify data; ensure accurate documentation.
• Support attorneys with discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Oversee settlements, closings, and financial operations.
