Job summary

Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney at Law, seeks an experienced Manager of PI Litigation Paralegals to lead day-to-day performance, structure and accountability of litigation support teams in New Jersey.

You will oversee case progression, deadlines, staffing, KPIs, attorney support, client service and compliance while driving efficiency across operations. The role requires 10+ years in plaintiff PI paralegal work with supervisory experience, strong organization, and a proven ability to manage

Qualifications

• 10+ years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
• Strong knowledge of plaintiff PI litigation, including pleadings, discovery, service, deadlines and file management.
• Multi-state plaintiff PI experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional organization, follow-through and ability to manage high-volume litigation operations.
• Strong people leader with experience coaching, developing and holding teams accountable.
• Proactive problem-solver who identifies risks and drives issues to resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attorneys, staff, clients, courts and vendors.
• Comfortable working with KPIs, dashboards, Litify and legal technology.
• Calm under pressure, highly responsive and willing to step in when need

Responsibilities

• Oversee workflow and operating cadence to keep litigation matters moving and reduce overdue work.
• Ensure complaints, service, discovery, Form A, treatment tracking and other milestones are completed timely.
• Monitor statutes of limitation and deadlines with clear ownership and escalation.
• Identify stalled or high-risk files and establish action plans with attorneys and paralegals.
• Ensure pleadings, discovery, exhibits, correspondence and case files are accurate, organized and compliant.
• Monitor KPIs and reporting; enforce timely completion of paralegal tasks.
• Provide escalation support for attorney/paralegal workflow and client touchpoints.
• Assist with client service communications and maintain documentation.
• Maintain eCourts and compliance with firm policies and procedures.
• Oversee file closings, settlements and financial operations as needed.
• Develop and implement process improvements and technology usage.
