Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga at Cleveland is seeking a Physical Therapy Team Leader. You will support daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure policy adherence while delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualified candidates will have state licensure, CPR, and a Bachelor's or Master's in Physical Therapy, with at least three years in leadership and two years of clinical practice. Leadership certifications are a plus.

Qualificações

• Active licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Minimum three years of leadership or supervisory experience in physical therapy, plus two years of clinical practice.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or related specialty certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Director of Therapy Operations with daily therapy team operations, scheduling, orientation and training.
• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding patient relationships to aid recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and monitor progress with compassionate leadership.
