You will oversee scheduling, orientation, and staff development while also delivering direct patient care and building strong patient relationships. This role centers on teamwork, evidence-based practice, and meaningful outcomes in a nationally leading rehabilitation network.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed or certified as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program.
• Minimum of three years in physical therapy or leadership, with two years of clinical experience.
• Active Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications preferred.

• Provide direct patient care and build rewarding therapeutic relationships.
