You will lead daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure policy-driven care while maintaining compassionate patient relations and ongoing program development.

Ideal candidates bring a solid leadership track record in physical therapy, state licensure, and a commitment to patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire within this role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or leadership, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience.
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialty certifications preferred.

• Assisting the Director of Therapy Operations in daily operations of the therapy team, including scheduling, orientation, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments.
• Providing direct care to patients and building rewarding relationships to aid in recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
