Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Chattanooga at Cleveland is seeking a Physical Therapy Team Leader to guide scheduling, staff development, and patient-focused care. You will work with the Director of Therapy Operations to ensure evidence-based treatments and compassionate leadership across the therapy team.

Candidates must hold current licensure or certification, a Bachelor's or Master's in therapy, CPR, and at least three years in PT with two in leadership.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Director of Therapy Operations in daily operations of the therapy team.
• Providing direct care to patients and building rewarding relationships during recovery.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
