Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients within 24 hours or 1 business day of referral.
• Develop treatment plans and obtain approval from referring physician.
• Supervise PT assistants and training of Restorative Aides.
• Record evaluations and daily/weekly notes per policy and state rules.
• Instruct families and nursing staff for discharge preparation.
