• Supervise PT Assistants in direct patient care.
• Communicate patient progress with supervisor and care team.
• Participate in care conferences and staff trainings.
• Record evaluations and treatment notes per policy.
• Discharge planning and caregiver training.
• Recommend durable medical equipment as needed.
