Qualifications

• Graduate from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• OP setting experience.
• Current state license in Kansas and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Review physician prescriptions and patient records to determine required PT treatment.
• Provide direct patient care per established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and patient instructions.
