Job summary

ARC Physical Therapy+ seeks a passionate Lead Physical Therapist to join our team. You will deliver high-quality outpatient care, assess patients, and develop treatment plans while collaborating with seasoned clinicians.

You’ll drive outcomes, mentor staff through the IGNITE program, and benefit from mentorship, CE funding, and a strong growth culture in a clinician-led, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Experience in outpatient (OP) setting.
• Current Kansas license and CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently in an autonomous environment.
• Proficiency with EMR, database software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Review referrals and patient records to determine PT treatment.
• Provide direct patient care per established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Oversee care performed by assistants and rehab technicians.
• Complete care plans, set goals, and develop comprehensive programs.
• Implement PT treatments and essential therapies.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians and insurers.
• Ensure timely documentation: daily notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
