Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Security Program Manager to lead the physical security strategy for our data center construction portfolio. You will manage security systems from design through installation, commissioning, and transition to operations, including access control, video surveillance, and perimeter protection.

This role is highly visible and cross-functional, requiring collaboration with architects, engineers, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure design reviews, budgets,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of physical security project management or related field.
• Experience in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Hands-on knowledge of access control, surveillance, intrusion detection.
• Experience reviewing construction drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, contractors, and systems integrators.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security delivery across multiple data center construction projects.
• Manage complete project lifecycle including design reviews, budgets, schedules, submittals, change orders, installation, commissioning, and closeout.
• Partner with architects, engineers, GC, vendors, systems integrators, customers, and internal teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, product substitutions, and technical submissions.
• Apply CPTED principles to access control, surveillance, fencing, lighting, and perimeter protection.
• Manage multimillion-dollar budgets and identify risks.
• Establish security standards, QA processes, governance documents, and SOPs.
• Conduct site walks, field inspections, installation reviews, and commissioning.
• Communicate technical decisions and risks clearly to teams and senior stakeholders.
• Help shape Crusoe’s long-term physical security strategy as the portfolio grows.
