Role Description

CRUX Solutions is looking for a Physical Security Designer / Project Manager to help deliver physical security and low-voltage consulting projects across education, municipal, commercial, healthcare, government, and critical infrastructure environments. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical design, client collaboration, and project management in a fast-paced consulting setting.

What you will do

• Support security assessments and system design documentation.
• Develop drawings and specifications for access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and related systems.
• Coordinate project meetings, schedules, deliverables, and client communication.
• Support construction administration, including submittals, RFIs, and site observations.
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams across project phases.

What we are looking for

• 3 to 5 years of experience in physical security design or installation.
• Knowledge of ACS, VMS, IDS, Revit, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Strong communication skills and solid project coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well both independently and as part of a team.
