Crusoe is seeking a Senior Physical Security Systems Engineer to own standards, SLAs, and lifecycle management of the security stack across North America data centers and facilities. You will validate deployments and hand them to production, ensuring reliable operations and audit readiness.

You bring hands-on experience with enterprise security systems, depth in access control and video management, and strong IT networking skills.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years operating enterprise physical security systems at operator depth.
• Hands-on fluency with access control platforms (Lenel, Genetec, Genea) and video management systems (Genetec, Milestone, Ambient).
• Strong IT and networking fluency — VLAN segmentation, bandwidth planning, cert management, AD integration, firmware/patch strategy, device hardening.
• Experience setting operational standards and SLAs across multi-site operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to travel domestically ~20–35% and respond outside normal hours when needed.

Aufgaben

• Set and own physical security standards for deployment and handoff into production.
• Define and own SLAs for platform availability, camera uptime, access control responsiveness, and integration health.
• Operate access control, video management, intrusion detection, visitor management, and incident platforms.
• Build and maintain integrations across the stack; script automation for health monitoring and SLA reporting.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering, IT, and OT on VLANs, bandwidth, cert management, and device hardening.
• Own firmware strategy, patch management, lifecycle dashboards across footprints.
• Ensure audit evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, NERC CIP; coordinate with GRC on audits.
• Coordinate with GSOC on system health; support executive protection and incident response.
