Job summary

Crusoe is hiring a Senior Physical Security Systems Engineer in Denver, CO to own the standards, SLAs, and lifecycle of the security stack across multiple sites. You will partner with GSOC, Protective Operations, IT, and Network Engineering to ensure uptime and compliant operations.

The role requires hands-on experience with access control and video management platforms, strong networking skills, and the ability to travel 20–35% domestically.

Qualifications

• 7+ years operating enterprise physical security systems at operator depth.
• Hands-on with access control platforms (Lenel, Genetec, Genea) and video management systems (Genetec, Milestone, Ambient).
• Strong IT and networking fluency — VLAN segmentation, bandwidth planning, cert management, Active Directory integration, firmware and patch strategy, device hardening.
• Experience setting operational standards and SLAs across distributed, multi-site operations.

Responsibilities

• Set and own physical security standards used by Design and Construction.
• Define and own SLAs for platform availability, camera uptime, access control responsiveness, and integration health.
• Operate access control, video management, intrusion detection, visitor management, and incident platforms.
• Build and maintain integrations across the stack (Ontic, AD, mass notification) and script health monitoring.
• Coordinate with GSOC, IT, and Network Engineering on security tooling and health dashboards.
• Support crisis and incident response involving physical security systems.
