Job summary

White Wolf Managed Services Company (WWMSC) seeks a full-time Physical Readiness Program Instructor for the FASTC in Blackstone, VA. You will coordinate administration, maintain records, schedule training and testing events, organize equipment, and prepare training materials while delivering instruction in physical fitness and related topics.

You will evaluate training effectiveness, plan curricula, and present courses as a subject matter expert in physical readiness and injury prevention.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating training programs and maintaining records and test scores.
• Ability to plan, organize, and present one or more physical readiness topics.
• Subject matter expert in physical fitness/readiness and instructional coaching techniques.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and provide basic and advanced fitness instruction for DS programs.
• Administer DS fitness programs and ensure adherence to standards.
• Conduct training needs assessments and update curricula as needed.
• Deliver fitness briefings to diverse audiences, including senior officials.
• Maintain training records, test scores, and program materials.
