Job summary

Ho-Chunk Inc. Management Services (HCIMS) seeks a full-time Security Driver Training Instructor to plan, organize, present, and manage security driver training courses at FASTC in Blackstone, VA.

The role requires expertise in security/counterterrorist driving, vehicle dynamics, and motorcade operations. The instructor will evaluate training effectiveness, revise course content as needed, and liaise with DS and other security entities to ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of instructor experience, with at least one class per week.
• Previous law enforcement or military instructor experience is desired.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and instructs driver training courses.
• Evaluates training effectiveness and reviews trainee feedback.
• Maintains liaison with law enforcement, security, and government organizations.
