Job summary

White Wolf Managed Services Company (WWMSC) in Blackstone, VA is seeking a full-time Physical Readiness Program Instructor to manage administrative coordination of the program, maintain records and test scores, schedule training events, organize equipment, and prepare training materials.

The incumbent will also support training delivery as an instructor in physical fitness, functional fitness, basic nutrition, injury prevention, and sports medicine care.

Qualifications

• Experience administering federal training programs per DS standards.
• Ability to organize training tests, schedules, and records.
• Knowledge of physical readiness, injury prevention, and sports medicine care.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and provides basic and advanced fitness instruction and other related physical readiness topics for domestic programs.
• Administers sponsored DS fitness programs in accordance with DS standards and policies.
• Performs Training Safety Officer/role player controller in supported tasks.
• Reviews objectives, lesson plans, and materials prior to courses.
• Evaluates training effectiveness to ensure objectives are met.
• Maintains records of test scores and training materials.
