Job summary

All Native Group is seeking a full-time Instructional Systems Designer to design, develop and evaluate curriculum at the FASTC in Blackstone, VA, aligned with FLETA standards and the ISD model. Collaborate with subject matter experts, multimedia specialists and learning designers to create lesson plans, student materials and instructional media for federal training programs.

Bachelor’s degree in adult learning or curriculum development and at least four years of design experience are required,

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of experience in curriculum design and development.
• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in adult learning, education or curriculum development.
• Specialized knowledge in instructional systems design, adult learning principles and training development processes.
• Experience across all phases of the ISD model is preferred.
• Excellent writing, proofreading and design skills for training materials.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops and edits lesson plans, presentations and course materials.
• Develops curriculum based on ISD principles and FLETA standards.
• Monitors courses and instructors against performance criteria and evaluates pilots.
• Maintains curriculum records and tracks revision history.
• Supports achieving and retaining FLETA accreditation requirements.
