Job summary

Cape Fox Corporation is seeking Physical Fitness Coordinators (PRN) to lead on-site Physical Fitness Exams for USPIS. You will run pre-brief/post-brief, enforce SOPs and safety, and coordinate with a Fitness Test Administrator and EMT.

Expect four-hour blocks with flexible hours and prompt, secure documentation of results. Ideal candidates have a background in exercise science and a nationally recognized credential (ACSM/NSCA/ACE) plus strong attention to detail; prior experience with

Qualifications

• Background in exercise science or equivalent experience.
• Nationally recognized fitness credential such as ACSM, NSCA, or ACE.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Run the session pre-brief and post-brief, enforce SOPs and safety, coordinate with a Fitness Test Administrator and EMT/First Responder.
• Verify counts and times through two-person validation; complete secure digital documentation.
• Submit results within 48–72 hours.
• Oversee four-hour exam blocks with flexible, event-based hours.
• Maintain venue readiness, AED availability, and EMS address.
• Maintain data entry, validation of counts/times/calculations/signatures.
