Responsibilities

• Lead development and integration of silicon photonics and heterogeneous integration.
• Own end-to-end process integration flows from concept to manufacturing readiness.
• Drive DOE, yield improvement, defect reduction, and root-cause investigations.
• Collaborate with design, device, packaging, manufacturing and suppliers.
• Lead technical programs, roadmaps, and AI-enabled engineering initiatives.
