Responsibilities

• Lead staff scheduling and manage call-outs, vacation coverage, and related tasks.
• Provide guidance and ongoing support for employee training.
• Participate in ordering lab supplies to keep the laboratory functioning smoothly.
• Perform requisition clerical and registration checks; liaison between departments.
• Report unresolved problems to Laboratory Manager or Administrative Director.
