The position is 3+ months, with hours Monday through Friday 6am–6pm and every other Saturday, with on-call responsibilities. The role requires graduated phlebotomy training, a valid driver's license, and experience in phlebotomy including pediatric, geriatric and high-volume collections.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage at multiple locations and roles.
• Ensure daily activities of PSC/Mobile/Long Term Care/In-Office Phlebotomy are completed accurately.
• Demonstrate leadership with focus on process excellence and confidentiality of patient information.
• Lead PSR on site and coach new employees for onboarding.
• Coordinate with Sales, Laboratory Testing Services, IT connectivity, Billing and Logistics for complex orders.
• Capable of handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
