Qualifications

• Keyboard/data entry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and maintain trust.
• Provide coverage at multiple locations and roles.
• Lead daily activities and coach new employees on site.
• Coordinate with Sales, Lab Testing Services, IT connectivity, Billing, and Logistics as needed.
• Handle high-volume settings with strong customer-facing skills.
