Labcorp in Austin, TX seeks a Phlebotomy Team Lead to supervise a team of phlebotomists across Patient Service Centers and client sites. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 3+ years phlebotomy experience, and ideally 1+ year of leadership experience or phlebotomy certification. You will ensure quality phlebotomy services, training, scheduling, and customer service excellence.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years or more of phlebotomy experience.
• 1+ years supervising or leading a team (preferred).
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Provide coverage and travel to various sites to perform phlebotomy duties.
• Assist in supervising a team of phlebotomists across multiple sites.
• Observe new employee performance and report observations to the supervisor.
• Perform site inspections and report findings.
• Provide continuous training to phlebotomy staff.
• Manage patient flow, wait times, and information logs.
• Address customer service issues promptly and respectfully.
