Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist Group Lead for the Hospital in Bangor, ME. Working Tue–Fri 05:00 to 14:30, you will lead hospital phlebotomy operations and coordinate daily activities within the lab team.

The role requires phlebotomy expertise across age groups, data-entry proficiency, and strong customer-facing skills to support patients and clinical staff in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Data entry experience is required.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on patients of all ages.
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols.
• Document and process specimens, including labeling and data entry.
• Assist with scheduling and leadership duties within the hospital phlebotomy group.
