Quest Diagnostics in Bangor, ME is hiring a Phlebotomist Group Lead for hospital-based work Tue-Fri, 05:00–14:30. Pay range is $24.85-$26.65/hour with opportunities for annual bonus based on performance. Responsible for肩 leadership of the phlebotomy team and coordination with hospital operations.

Role requires strong phlebotomy skills, data entry, and excellent customer service. Hospital environment; travel within site as needed; benefits offered for FT/PT staff.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Data entry experience.
• Flexible and available on weekends/holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and data entry.
• Coordinate staffing and shift assignments.
• Ensure safety and infection control compliance.
• Mentor and coach new employees.
• Assist with SOPs and internal communications.
