Qualifications

• At least one year of phlebotomy experience required.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license, if applicable.
• English communication in writing and verbally is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on patients across age groups.
• Label and process specimens according to protocol; maintain logs and inventories.
• Maintain phlebotomy carts and work areas with cleanliness and organization.
• Data entry and processing of specimens; assist with data/reporting duties.
• Rotate through inpatient, outpatient, and ED settings as required.
• Assist with SOP implementation and training of new staff.
