Job summary

Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic, Inc. seeks a Lead Pharmacy Technician in Walla Walla, WA to develop standardized workflows and training for pharmacy technicians and staff. You will support order entry and dispensing under supervision, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Lead responsibilities include scheduling, cost data analysis, recalls, and 340B audits, partnering with the Pharmacy Purchasing and Inventory Coordinator to optimize operations and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy technician license valid in state(s) of practice.
• 2+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• National license through PTCB preferred with 3+ years experience.
• Proficiency with pharmacy software and Epic is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; ALTA score preference applies.

Responsibilities

• Lead workflow development and staff training in the pharmacy.
• Support order entry, dispensing, and 340B compliance audits.
• Maintain inventory with recalls, shortages, and cost savings.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and pharmacy software usage.
