Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care including patient registration, prescription data entry, preparation of medications for patients and verification where allowed by law.
• Under supervision of a pharmacist, delegate non-clinical work to technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accuracy.
• Support vaccine administration, health screenings, and other services allowed by law.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians and ensure compliance with policies.
