PharMerica in Vancouver, WA is hiring a full-time Lead Pharmacy Technician to join a closed-door, long-term care team. You will lead order entry workflows, ensuring accurate medication orders and timely processing for patient care.

You’ll collaborate with pharmacists and operations staff, maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, and drive accuracy in data entry and inventory management. This role does not involve direct patient contact.

Qualifications

• Must hold Washington Pharmacy Technician License – REQUIRED.
• New hires have 6 months to obtain PTCB certification, with coaching and development provided.

Responsibilities

• Enter prescription data accurately into the pharmacy computer system.
• Verify information and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Assist with inventory management, including detecting expired medications.
• Prepare medications including non-sterile compounding as permitted.
