Job summary

Grandview Medical-Dental Clinic in Grandview, WA is seeking a Lead Pharmacy Technician to develop and maintain standardized workflows and deliver training for staff under the Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacists.

The role supports order entry and dispensing, ensures compliance with state and federal regulations, and performs administrative tasks including scheduling and data entry to optimize pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two-year Associate Degree in healthcare or business preferred.
• WA Pharmacy Technician license required.
• PTCB national license preferred.
• Pharmacy technician license for state(s) of practice required.

Responsibilities

• Supports pharmacy managers and staff with project implementation.
• Trains technicians and assistants for onboarding and workflow optimizations.
• Maintains inventory levels with Pharmacy Manager and Inventory Coordinator.
• Leads pharmacy software and inventory management, including DSCSA maintenance.
• Performs 340B audits with Compliance and Operations specialists.
• Coordinates technician and cashier scheduling for proper coverage.
• Enters patient and prescription data accurately in the system.
