Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of pharmacy technician experience, or 1 year in lead/supervisory role.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is required.
• CSPT certification required within 12 months if supervising.
• Licensed/registered as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee aseptic IV admixture preparation.
• Develop and track operational goals for the technician staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Schedule and supervise staff; handle performance issues as needed.
• Prepare aseptic IV admixtures and maintain quality control in clean room.
