Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Supervisor to oversee pharmacy technician operations in the IV room. You will be responsible for developing operational goals, ensuring compliance with regulation, and preparing IV admixtures.

Your leadership skills are essential as you identify staffing needs, conduct interviews, and evaluate technicians for promotions. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and a CPhT certification.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of pharmacy technician experience, or 1 year in a lead/supervisory role.
• Must be licensed and/or registered as required by state.
• Ability to perform advanced level mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacy technician operations in the IV room.
