Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• PTCB certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• Minimum one year of work experience as a pharmacy technician.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care including prescription data entry and preparation of medications.
• Manage pharmacy workflow to ensure efficient operations and positive patient experience.
• Lead training and performance management of pharmacy technicians; make disciplinary decisions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies and quality programs; support inventory and records management.
