Job summary

Hims & Hers seeks a Lead Pharmacy Technician, Inventory, to manage drug inventory and automation across cage and floor locations. You will train staff, supervise RTS processes, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes accurate inventory control, safety, and collaboration with the pharmacy team. Responsibilities include organizing packaging, stocking, and ensuring PHI privacy while adhering to HIPAA and state board rules.

Qualifications

• Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician license is required (EXCPT or PTCB).
• Active Arizona Board of Pharmacy registration is required.
• Minimum 1 year of Parata MAX machine experience.
• Solid knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Ability to work flexible shift times to cover operations.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and positive attitude.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient with Windows-based computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain pharmacy inventory in cage and floor locations.
• Develop and implement training for pharmacy automation and inventory management.
• Supervise return-to-stock processes (RTS) and organize disposal per regs.
• Attend inventory meetings and participate in year-end inventory.
• Train technicians on inventory roles and responsibilities.
• Follow state/federal pharmacy regulations for prescriptions and PHI handling.
• Maintain clean, secure, and compliant pharmacy environments.
