Job summary

Keystone Health in Pennsylvania is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our growing pharmacy team and help deliver high-quality pharmaceutical care in collaboration with healthcare professionals. You will contribute to patient outcomes and support the mission of compassionate care.

Requirements include a PharmD, PA Pharmacist License with injectable capability, and CPR certification. Experience in specialty pharmacy and MTM/BCACP credentials are a plus; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• Valid PA Pharmacist License, including Injectable License for vaccine administration.
• Experience in a Specialty Pharmacy is a plus.
• Familiarity with Outcome Platforms.
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is a plus.
• Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist (BCACP) is a plus.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid PA Driver's License with clean driving history.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
