Job summary

Keystone Health is seeking a Pharmacist to join our growing pharmacy team, focused on delivering heartfelt care and excellent patient outcomes. Earn a $10,000 sign-on bonus and help expand our specialty services.

Required: PharmD, valid PA Pharmacist License with injectable endorsement, and CPR certification. MTM certification and BCACP are a plus; experience in a specialty pharmacy and familiarity with Outcome Platforms are valued.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required.
• Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist License, incl. Injectable License for vaccines.
• Experience in a Specialty Pharmacy is a plus.
• Familiarity with Outcome Platforms.
• MTM certification is a plus.
• BCACP is a plus.
• Current CPR certification.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
