Key duties include medication safety, dosage optimization, and collaboration with providers to optimize patient outcomes. Prior retail experience is preferred, with PA licensure or reciprocity required.

Qualificações

• Licensed pharmacist in PA with current licensure or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Immunization certification required; prior retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret prescriptions and advise on therapy and interactions.
