Job summary

Keystone Health is seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our growing pharmacy team in Chambersburg, PA. You will provide high-quality pharmaceutical care, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and support MTM and vaccine administration where applicable.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist License, including Injectable License for vaccine administration.
• Familiarity with Outcome Platforms.
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is a plus.
• Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist (BCACP) is a plus.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid PA Driver's License with clean driving history.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
