Job summary

Penn State Health Specialty Pharmacy at Milton Hershey Medical Center in Hershey, PA is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join a growing specialty program. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy required.
• ASHP-Accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy residency or 3 years of relevant clinical experience required.
• Active and valid PA licensure or eligibility as a Pharmacist required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services and MTM.
• Verify medication orders, evaluate prescriptions, and intervene clinically.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and support medication access initiatives.
