Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy and 2+ years as a pharmacist (PNHS preferred) or Pharm D.
• MN Pharmacist license required; strong regulatory knowledge.
• Demonstrated leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a site pharmacy and staff coaching.
• Oversee oncology, rheumatology, and specialty infusion dispensing.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and inventory management.
