Job summary

Fairview Health Services leads oncology and infusion pharmacy operations across multiple cancer centers, delivering clinical, formulary, and pharmacotherapy expertise to patients and care teams. This role drives day-to-day workflow and regulatory compliance to meet quality and financial targets.

You will supervise operations, mentor staff, and develop metrics to monitor performance while partnering with HR and leadership to recruit and train top talent in a highly matrixed health system.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of pharmacist experience in complex operations or PGY2 oncology residency.
• Licensed pharmacist in Minnesota.
• Preceptor license with Minnesota Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of oncology and infusion services at two cancer centers.
• Provide clinical, formulary and pharmacotherapy expertise; act as resource to staff and students.
• Deliver clinical pharmacy services in cancer care, infusion, and related areas.
• Ensure SOP compliance and document therapy changes.
• Develop workflows to support practice model and improve performance.
• Partner with HR on recruitment, staff engagement and training.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met.
