You will leverage AI-enabled verification tools, automation, and data insights to elevate patient safety, drive throughput, mentor technicians, and ensure compliance with USP standards and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of pharmacy experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy required.
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform final verification of compounded prescriptions with accuracy.
• Evaluate prescriptions for therapeutic appropriateness and document interventions.
• Monitor dispensing queues and collaborate with technicians to maintain throughput.
• Ensure compliance with USP standards and internal SOPs.
