Job summary

Empower Pharmacy is a leading 503A/503B facility in Houston, TX, seeking a Pharmacy Technician, Data Entry to ensure accurate prescription data processing and regulatory compliance. You will use AI-enabled tools to accelerate throughput and maintain data integrity in a fast-paced, quality-driven setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or relevant certification preferred.
• 1-3 years of data entry, pharmacy operations, or healthcare-related experience preferred.
• Experience in regulated environments with exposure to compliance and quality standards.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools or automation technologies in operational workflows is a plus.
• Active Pharmacy Technician registration or ability to obtain per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Data Processing Excellence: Prescription data entry into pharmacy systems using manual processes and AI tools to enhance speed and accuracy, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Data Validation: Review and verify prescription information against source documents, using automation to identify discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
• Workflow Optimization: Improve data entry workflows with AI-driven insights to increase throughput and scalability.
