Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience, with at least 2 years in a pharmacy setting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; further educational qualifications in pharmacy or management are advantageous.
• Thorough knowledge of Texas pharmacy laws and inventory management practices.
• Current registration and good standing with the Texas Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacy technician required.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily dispensing activities and assign shift tasks.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment, and handoffs across shifts.
• Serve as primary shift escalation point for issues.
• Maintain shift-level quality, safety, and policy compliance.
• Ensure inspections readiness and document controls.
