Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of management experience, with at least 2 years in a pharmacy setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Texas pharmacy laws and inventory management practices.
• Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct dispensing shift activities with AI-enabled dashboards and clear assignments.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment, and handoffs across shifts to sustain throughput.
• Serve as the primary shift escalation point for interruptions and system exceptions.
• Maintain shift-level quality, safety, productivity, and compliance with policies.
• Support inspection readiness and continuous improvement initiatives.
