Life Time seeks a PT Leader-2 to guide and develop a team of Fitness Professionals, delivering excellent personal training experiences and driving client acquisition. You will coach, onboard new staff, and manage scheduling and programs to meet performance goals.

You’ll also lead by example on the floor, grow your own book of business, and help team members reach their personal financial targets within Life Time’s training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Leadership and mentoring experience.
• Strong communication, sales, and coaching skills.
• Ability to develop and execute personal training strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of fitness professionals.
