Life Time Inc. seeks a PT Leader-2 to lead a team of fitness professionals and deliver the best Dynamic Personal Training experience. You will also coach team members, onboard new staff, and drive sales and client satisfaction across all Life Time Training initiatives.

You will personally manage a book of business, mentor staff, and help teams achieve personal and division goals while delivering high-quality group and individual experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Personal Trainer certification.
• CPR and AED certification.
• At least 2+ years of personal training experience.
• Demonstrated leadership/management abilities.
• Excellent communication, sales, program design, and coaching skills.
• Ability to drive results through others.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of fitness professionals to meet brand and performance expectations.
• Ensure exceptional client experience and outcomes across all programs.
• Act as a player-coach by managing your own book of business with Dynamic Personal Training.
• Maintain quality and consistency of services, programs, and gym floor experience.
• Set productivity goals and drive department-wide initiatives for the team.
• Generate new clients and align them with appropriate trainers; ensure staff have needed skills.
• Promote Life Time Training initiatives and events such as 60 Day programs.
• Oversee scheduling and coordination of programs and classes.
