Life Time is seeking a PT Leader-2 to guide and develop a team of Fitness Professionals, delivering outstanding Dynamic Personal Training and member experiences. The role includes coaching, onboarding, sales, and managing the team’s connectivity and growth across programs and services.

You will lead by example, manage your own book of business, and help the team meet personal and division goals while upholding Life Time standards and guest experiences.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer certification required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• At least 2 years of personal training experience.
• Proven leadership/management skills.
• Strong communication, sales, program design and coaching abilities.
• Ability to drive results through others.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of fitness professionals to meet brand and performance expectations.
• Manage the total experience and results for all clients.
• Operate as a player-coach with your own book of business in Dynamic Personal Training.
• Ensure quality and consistency of products, services, and floor experience for the team.
• Set and drive productivity goals, and lead department-wide meetings to achieve strategies.
• Generate new clients and refer them to appropriate trainers based on client needs.
• Promote Life Time Training initiatives and events (e.g., 60 Day programs).
• Complete scheduling, administrative, and coordination tasks for all programs and classes.
